Project description
Esfahan has a population of 1.8 Million people and is the capital of Esfahan Province in Iran, located about 340 km south of Tehran.
For the new Metro line 1 Kraiburg Relastec supplied its product DAMTEC® MSS P for vibration isolation.
The challenge was that the track is in a tunnel which is close to the Pol-e Chādschu bridge. This bridge is a well known landmark in Esfahan.
