Salzwedel, 1 October 2026 – A change is imminent at the helm of KRAIBURG Relastec GmbH & Co. KG: Hermann Schnaitter will take over as managing director on 1 October 2026. He succeeds Roland Burreiner, who has led the company as managing director since 2021 and will be moving to KRAIBURG Holding.
Roland Burreiner moves to KRAIBURG Holding
Roland Burreiner has been at the helm of KRAIBURG Relastec since 2021. Over the past five years, he has been responsible for the company’s development and, together with the staff, has overseen important changes and future-oriented initiatives.
With his move to KRAIBURG Holding, Roland Burreiner is taking on a new role within the group. KRAIBURG will therefore continue to benefit from his many years of experience and extensive knowledge.

Hermann Schnaitter takes over from within the company’s own ranks
Hermann Schnaitter, a long-standing colleague with close ties to KRAIBURG Relastec, is taking over as Managing Director. As the former Commercial Director, he has a comprehensive understanding of the company’s structures, business divisions and financial context. His appointment coincides with a special personal milestone: on 1 October 2026, Schnaitter will have been with KRAIBURG Relastec for exactly 25 years. For a quarter of a century, he has been part of the company’s development and thus brings in-depth experience and a thorough understanding of the organisation to his new role.
