KRAIBURG Relastec GmbH & Co. KG is an independent company within the KRAIBURG Holding. We serve the international market with our finished products made from recycled rubber and new rubber. With more than 230 employees at our sites in Salzwedel and Tittmoning, we are an attractive employer.
Performance-based pay
We pay performance-based wages in accordance with the chemical industry collective agreement. Extensive social benefits such as Christmas bonus, holiday pay and length-of-service bonuses round off our financial benefits.
Flexible working hours
Outside of shift work, we offer our employees flexible working hours and, upon consultation, various working time models or home office options.
Canteen
At both locations (Tittmoning and Salzwedel), we offer a subsidised canteen that prepares healthy and varied meals.

30 days’ holiday + up to 5 days’ special leave
As a modern, socially responsible company, every employee receives 30 days’ holiday. We grant special leave for special personal and family occasions (e.g. weddings, births). Employees can choose to take up to 5 additional days’ special leave with the future allowance provided for in the collective agreement.
