DAMTEC® sonic as well as DAMTEC® sonic drain plus (fleece lamination & 3D profiling) have proven themselves for years as structural protection mats with impact sound insulation properties on roof terraces, balconies, loggias and arcades. They are typically used in superstructures with concrete slabs in chippings bedding or wooden lath constructions. With fire protection class Efl-B2, these already achieved a good level of fire protection.
In special applications, however, an even higher fire protection classification is required. We meet this customer requirement with the development of DAMTEC® sonic FiRe. It is classified Broof(t1) and achieves fire protection class Cfl-s1.
