The Bundesverband GebäudeGrün e.V. (BuGG for short) is considered the first point of contact on the subject of building greening and green areas in Germany. It supports architects and property owners with competence and experience and is dedicated to achieve a better, greener quality of life by combining architecture and natural elements in exterior and interior areas.
Green roofs protect, insulate and make a significant contribution to the effective use of the rainwater cycle as well as the building’s own energy management. These and many other positive effects on climate, fine dust pollution and noise, among others, make the green roof an indispensable solution for today’s world. In addition, buildings with green roofs blend in fantastically with their surroundings and are thus a visual treat for the eye at any time of the year.
KRAITEC® products perfectly blend into green areas and can be used as a walkway (KRAITEC® step) or to protect waterproofing and insulation (KRAITEC® top).
